If you know someone deserving, who fits the characteristics for one of our Annual Awards, the Mimi Goldman Award or the Trooper Scales Award, please nominate him or her. The Brain Injury Alliance of New Jersey is happy to accept nominations at any time of the year. Nominations for the Mimi Goldman and Trooper Scales Awards should be received by April 1, as these awards are presented at our Annual Seminar in May. Nominations for each of our Annual Awards should be received by September 1, as these awards are presented at our Annual Meeting in October.

To make a nomination, complete the Online Award Nomination Form, or print and complete our Nomination Form and mail or fax it to the Alliance. Please complete one form per nomination.
