About Connie Domingo, MD, FAAP, FAAPM&R: Board certified as a Pediatric Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Specialist, Dr. Connie Domingo has been with Weisman Children’s Rehabilitation Hospital since 1999. As the Medical Director, she is in charge of all the clinical management and therapy prescriptions for children/adolescents served at Weisman Children’s Rehabilitation Hospital. She graduated from UMDNJ – Robert Wood Johnson Medical School and completed her training at Albert Einstein Medical Center and Temple University Hospital in Philadelphia, PA. Dr. Domingo served as Chief Resident for Pediatrics and Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation and received accolades, including Temple University Hospital’s PM & R Resident of the Year Award and Albert Einstein Medical Center’s Student Teacher Award in Pediatrics.
Dr. Domingo´s areas of expertise include pediatric traumatic brain injury, cerebral palsy, spasticity, pain management, neuromuscular diseases, and sports medicine. She is on staff as a consultant physician at Shriner’s Hospital, Cooper University Hospital and St. Christopher’s Hospital for Children. She has recently been recognized by her peers by being selected “Top Doctors for Children’s Health 2017” in the Inside Jersey Magazine.
