Registration FAQs


Q: My whole family is coming! Do I need to register each one separately?
A: Yes. Each individual participating in the 5K/Walk for Brain Injury Awareness must register as an individual or as a team member. If your whole family is participating in the event then it is a good idea to select a family member as a Team Captain, give your Team a name and register the remaining family members as Team Members.


Q: Will I get a free T-­shirt?
A: You need to pre-­register by September 22, 2020 to receive a free T-­shirt.


Q: Do I need to mail my donations to the Alliance?
A: You can mail the donations you collect to the Alliance any time prior to the event or you can bring them with you to the event site and turn them in at the registration table.

Walk/5K Day FAQs
**Please note only the South and Shore locations have 5Ks.


Q: What is the distance of the Walk?
A: There is no set distance set. You can walk, run, or ride as far or as little as you are able. 

Q: What time does the Walk end?
A: Each site is different but usually the event is over by 1:00 pm.

Q: What is the distance of the run?
A: Running distance is 5K, or 3.1 miles.

Q: Are there any other activities at the Walk?
A: Each site will provide food, games, and prizes. Each site is different and this may change from year to year.

Q: Can I bring my dog to the event?
A: Yes, all of our locations are dog-friendly!
